Who we are
Kesher Software LLC. is an independent B2B software development and technology services company. We help organizations turn operational goals into dependable digital systems. Our work is centered on the relationship between people, processes and technology: what a team needs to decide, what information it must trust, and what should happen next without unnecessary manual effort.
We work with business owners, operations leaders, product teams and technology managers who need a practical engineering partner. Some clients are starting a new internal platform. Others need to replace disconnected spreadsheets, connect existing systems, improve a public website or recover an application that has become difficult to maintain. In each case, we begin by understanding the work before recommending a technical path.
What we do
Our services include custom software development, professional websites and backend systems, API design and integration, cloud service integration, business process automation, systems integration, software maintenance and technical support. We can contribute at one stage or coordinate a complete delivery from discovery through deployment and long-term operations.
Typical deliverables may include a requirements brief, workflow maps, clickable prototypes, interface specifications, database structures, tested application code, deployment configuration, documentation, training material and support records. The exact deliverables, ownership terms and acceptance evidence are defined in the project agreement so that both parties can see what completion means.
Who we serve
We serve established small and mid-sized businesses, growing teams and enterprise departments with a defined operational need. Suitable projects often involve customer portals, internal administration, reporting, approval workflows, partner integrations, data synchronization, cloud operations or a new digital service. We can work with a client’s existing technical team, an external infrastructure provider or a business owner who needs a clear technical guide.
We are not an online retail website and we do not sell physical goods through this site. There is no product catalogue, shopping cart or online card payment. A prospective client starts with an email or the Contact form, shares the business context, and receives a considered response about fit, scope and next steps.
How cooperation works
Our cooperation process is designed to make decisions visible. First, we hold a discovery conversation with the relevant business and technical stakeholders. We map the current process, identify constraints, discuss the desired outcome and record assumptions. We then recommend a first scope that can be reviewed and measured rather than leaving the project as an open-ended request.
Next, we align requirements, roles, acceptance criteria, delivery milestones and communication routines. A prototype or technical plan may be produced when it will help the client evaluate the proposed experience. Once the scope and commercial terms are accepted, the parties sign a contract or statement of work. Development proceeds through reviewable milestones, with testing and feedback built into the schedule.
Before launch, we verify the agreed acceptance conditions, document known limitations and prepare the handover. Deployment may include environment configuration, data migration, access setup, release notes and operational training. After launch, support can cover defect response, maintenance, security updates, performance review and planned enhancements under the agreed support terms.
Contracts, ownership and payment
Contracts define the services, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, acceptance process, confidentiality requirements, intellectual property terms and support period. Custom source code and project deliverables are normally transferred to the client after the contractual payment and acceptance conditions are met, while Kesher retains rights to general methods, reusable know-how and tools that are not client confidential material. If a project needs a different ownership arrangement, it is written into the agreement before work begins.
Payment is arranged in the signed agreement around practical milestones such as project start, prototype approval, test release and production handover. We provide a written scope and commercial proposal so that fees, assumptions and change handling are clear. Additional work outside the agreed scope is reviewed separately and does not begin until the client approves the revised terms. This website does not process card payments, and we never request complete card details through a contact form.
Quality, security and responsible delivery
We treat quality as a working habit rather than a final checkbox. Requirements are connected to test cases, important decisions are recorded, and releases are reviewed against agreed evidence. We use controlled access to project systems, protect credentials, limit information to the business purpose and add confidentiality or security conditions for regulated work. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and the permissions they grant, while Kesher is responsible for communicating material risks and performing the contracted work with reasonable care.
We aim to build systems that can be understood and operated after handover. Documentation explains the important choices, interfaces and routine tasks. Training is adapted to the people who will use or administer the result. When a third-party service, hosting provider or client dependency affects a milestone, we identify the dependency and communicate the practical impact instead of leaving the issue implicit.
